I have actually just started to really try to go back on my diet after being off of it for well over 20+ years. I am thinking that I will be taking my blood levels every two weeks too, only becasue I want to be really sure that I can keep my levels low enough before I try to have a baby.
I actually do mine once every two weeks, in NZ there is a rewards system for doing them twice a month, good motivation 🙂

Our daughter is 2 and we try to get a blood sample every week, but to be honest some weeks we miss it!
