Sweet Temptation :)

Hi everyone,

diets are going well, both PKU and low calorie diet… I found a sweet temptation kind of lindt pralinés which are absolutely tasty and with 30mg phe per piece still “affordable” and those 80 calories can also be calculated in a daily diet plan 🙂

Beside that, I’m doing well with the low calorie diet, I already lost 2 kg in two weeks now and I pamper myself from time to time so I don’t have the feeling I miss something!

I go to the gym twice a week, doing some running, yesterday I made 5 kilometres in 40 minutes, which I am proud of (might not be good for some others, but for me it’s great 🙂
